This Private Craftsman’s “Lodge” is a woodworker’s dream! The Lodge is finished throughout with old growth redwood. Interior of the home is custom finished in wood with large redwood beams, redwood carvings, tongue & groove wood ceilings & walls along with carved window sills. The Lodge has 3 Bedrooms – 2 Queens & 1 Twin Murphy bed, along with 3 Bathrooms. Master bedroom also boasts a suite & dressing area with French doors leading out to its own private deck. The lodge is 1,760 sq. ft. and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils. The house has a large flat screen HD TV, WIFI, VCR & DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also provided. An airbed is available for additional guests’ sleeping space. The Lodge comes with a common Washer & Dryer area, Relaxing back yard, Gas BBQ for outdoor cooking, WIFI for the kids, peace & serenity for the adults. Far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient
THE LOFT
The “Loft” has 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Bathroom. Sleeps 2 comfortably, 4 maximum
It is 750 sq. ft. and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils.
The Loft also boasts a large flat screen HD TV, WIFI, VCR, & DVD player. High-speed wireless internet, Washer & Dryer common area, Airbed is available for additional guests’ sleeping space. Peaceful & serene views of nature and wildlife far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient.
THE LOUNGE
Sleeps 2 comfortably, 6 maximum, Large Restroom, Built in Bar, Gift shop, Book store, Free use of toys for the kids, Mobile PA system. 65” flat screen HD TV, WIFI, VCR & DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also provided. two Airbed are available for additional guests’ sleeping space. A perfect location for a Family Retreat; WIFI for the kids, peace & serenity for the adults. Far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient. Located minutes from the freeway for easy access. Lounge can also be a perfect spot for conferences or a corporate meeting space or a rehearsal dinner. The Lounge can hold
24 guests comfortably. All this in a 3 acre gated property. Great for Gatherings, Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions & Workshops.
