SANTA MARIA STYLE BBQ

CENTRAL COAST SICILY

Bringing Italy to your event, Chicken Marsala and stuffed shells are both rich and flavorful dishes that delight the palate in distinct ways. Chicken Marsala combines tender, pan-seared chicken breasts with a savory mushroom and Marsala wine sauce. Both dishes offer a delightful journey for your taste buds, showcasing the versatility of Italian cuisine.

SEVEN SISTERS

Braised short ribs are an indulgent treat, tender and succulent, with a deep, hearty richness that comes from slow cooking in a flavorful broth until they practically melt in your mouth. On the other hand, the salmon offers a lighter, delicate experience. The salmon's natural buttery texture pairs beautifully with the velvety cream sauce while hints of garlic and fresh herbs elevate the dish to new heights.
